Housed in an historic double-story building on Smith St, our gin tasting masterclass in Collingwood offers a unique experience to drink and learn in amongst the distillery.  On arrival, you will receive one of our favourite Gin and Tonic’s whilst being informed on the magic of “Carl”, our gorgeous 180 litre copper still to see where the magic happens.  Here you will be shown both native and rarely seen botanicals, which is both interactive and informative.

Following this, you will be invited to sit down and taste 3 more The Craft & Co gins, with matched mixers and curated garnishes to complement each award-winning gin.  One of our friendly staff members will guide you through the botanicals of each gin, why we choose certain mixers and the garnishes for each tasting.

At the conclusion you are invited to browse our bottle shop on site, purchasing from our range of gins, spirits, liqueurs and craft beer. Included is a 10% voucher to use at our cellar door.  Bookings are strictly limited to groups of up to 20 people.
