Changes & updates for Collingwood

Winter is here… and that’s a good thing! This coming season, we’re welcoming some exciting new changes to the menu in Collingwood, with some new daily offers and we’ve adjusted trading hours to reflect the seasonal change. See below for a snapshot;

– We welcome our new head chef Chris Weysham to the team, who bring years of experience in Cajun & Creole cuisine from his native town of New Orleans to influence a refreshed direction with the menu and pairings.

– We are now focusing our weekends on offering a new brunch menu, as well as a very special Bottomless Brunch deal on Sundays. You called for it…and we listened! As such, we’re now opening from 10am on Saturdays & Sundays to reflect this change.

– What’s Hot: daily deals and offers:

  • WEDNESDAYS = $10 Pizzas (all day)
  • THURSDAYS  = $15 Beer, Gin & Wine Flights (all matched with cheese)
  • FRIDAYS = Happy Hour- Starts at 5pm, but runs all night! Also offering $1 Hot Wings.
  • SATURDAYS = $25 Cheese Plate + Wine: Get two glasses of wine with a cheese plate & condiments
  • SUNDAYS = Boozy Brunch with free-flowing Bloody Mary’s & Mimosa’s! $49pp –> 10am-12pm

– Express Feed: For group bookings of 10+ people, we’re now also offering a value-packed menu for $25pp that includes the chef’s choice of shared starter, shared pizzas, salad and a glass of wine or pot of beer!
